The 100’s to Happiness™ app includes a daily fitness program that guides you through 100 days of Pilates workout challenges designed for beginners. Each day, you will be presented with a Pilates workout challenge along with a helpful video to guide you through it. In order to move to the next challenge, a test question will need to be answered correctly. Points will be awarded for passing each day, which may be redeemed for products or virtual Pilates classes. After completion of the 100 days, you will feel healthier and will also have full access to the challenges so you can continue on your wellness journey.
The challenge was created by Lauren McClerkin, a PMA Certified Pilates Instructor with a passion for bringing the life changing benefits of Pilates to everyone, regardless of fitness level. A regular Pilates workout routine relieves back pain, relieves stress and contributes to overall healthy living.
